Aircraft — ARGUS & Wyvern
Every operator we place a client on holds a current ARGUS Gold or Platinum, or Wyvern Wingman, rating. Where a route can only be flown by an unrated operator, we say so before you book.
Standards
What we verify before you travel.
Discretion is a claim. Ratings, licenses and insurance are facts. These are the standards every arrangement is held to, and the disclosures we make before a contract is signed.
Yachts — MCA & Flag Compliance
Vessels are chartered under MCA Large Yacht Code compliance or the equivalent flag-state regime, with current ISM, class and P&I documentation held on file.
Ground — PHV & SIA Licensing
UK ground movement is fulfilled by licensed private hire operators; protection personnel hold current SIA close-protection licenses. Equivalent local licensing applies in every other jurisdiction.
Insurance
Operators carry a minimum of USD 300m combined single limit for aircraft, and we hold professional indemnity and public liability cover appropriate to a broker of this size. Certificates are available on request.
Confidentiality & NDA
Client files are compartmented by concierge, staff are contractually bound beyond termination, and we will sign your NDA rather than ask you to sign ours. Passenger manifests are never shared with third parties beyond regulatory necessity.
Data & Documents
Passport and identity documents are held only for the duration of the arrangement plus the statutory retention period, and are stored encrypted with access limited to the assigned concierge.
Broker Disclosure
Global Concierge acts as an agent and broker. We do not own or operate aircraft, vessels or, other than where expressly stated, ground vehicles. All flights are operated by third-party air carriers holding the appropriate air operator certificate, and all vessels by their owners or managers, who exercise full operational control. Contracts for carriage are formed between the client and the operator.
Where an arrangement combines two or more travel services in a single sale, package travel regulations may apply and will be disclosed in your contract before booking.
Certificates, operator ratings and insurance schedules for a specific arrangement are issued on request before departure.
