Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Global Concierge website, inquiries, concierge coordination and annual membership.
Our Role
Global Concierge coordinates travel, transportation, security and lifestyle services on your behalf. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, services are performed by independent third-party operators, and your contract for each service may be with that operator. Aircraft, vehicles, yachts and venues are subject to availability and operator approval.
Inquiries and Quotations
An inquiry is a request for information and is not a booking. A booking exists only when we confirm it in writing and any required deposit or payment is received. Quotations are valid for the period stated and may change with availability, fuel, taxes, fees and regulatory requirements. Listings on the website, including city and destination markets, show inquiry coverage rather than confirmed inventory.
Annual Membership
Membership tiers are billed annually in US dollars in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period and fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law. Membership provides concierge access and held preferences; it does not guarantee availability of any aircraft, vehicle, yacht or venue, and third-party services are charged separately unless stated.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and for any bank or currency-conversion charges. Failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation and change terms for individual services are set by the operator and will be provided in your quotation. Charter flights, yachts and events commonly carry substantial or non-refundable cancellation charges.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate passenger and identity information, to hold valid travel documents, to follow operator, safety and legal requirements, and to conduct yourself lawfully and respectfully toward crew, drivers and staff. We or an operator may decline or end a service where safety or legality is in question.

Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content or photography without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Global Concierge is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by third-party operators, weather, air traffic control, security events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws specified in your written agreement or, if none, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Concierge is established. Contact the concierge desk with any questions.
